About the Role

Juno Wellness is a growing hormone and wellness clinic seeking a part-time Nurse Practitioner to join our team. This is a telehealth-first position with three weeks of in-clinic onboarding. You’ll step into an existing patient base, practicing hormone therapy, longevity support, and whole-person wellness without the stress of insurance quotas or rushed visits.

Our patients are motivated, engaged, and eager to make meaningful changes. You’ll have the time to connect, the support of a small team, and mentorship in hormone and functional medicine — all within a flexible, cash-based model designed to help both patients and providers thrive.

This role is perfect for a provider who not only loves patient care but is also energized by innovation, leadership, and shaping the future of medicine. You’ll be part of forging a new model of direct-pay, lifestyle-driven care that removes insurance barriers and gives both patients and providers the freedom to focus on what truly matters — meaningful, lasting health outcomes.

What You’ll Do

Provide telehealth care (with optional in-person clinic days if local) for hormone therapy, wellness optimization, and root-cause health concerns

Conduct thorough assessments, order and interpret labs, and create personalized treatment plans

Teach and empower patients with clear, practical lifestyle strategies

Document care accurately and efficiently

Collaborate with a small, supportive clinical and administrative team

Participate in ongoing mentorship and training in hormone and functional medicine

What We’re Looking For

Active, unrestricted Montana APRN license (or eligible)

Strong clinical assessment and patient communication skills

FNP preferred; other APRNs considered

Open to newer grads if clinically solid and eager to learn

Interest in hormone therapy, root-cause medicine, and lifestyle-based care

Team-oriented, adaptable, and organized

Position Details

Part-time: ~24 hours/week, flexible schedule (no nights or weekends)

Compensation: $65+/hour DOE

Paid time off: 2 weeks annually (pro-rated)

Start date: Fall 2025 preferred

Benefits: All functional medicine labs, treatments, peptides, and aesthetic services at cost

Growth: Opportunity to expand into full-time as the clinic continues to grow if desired

Onboarding & Connection

First 3 weeks: In-clinic training in Lewistown (Tue/Wed/Thu) for protocols, mentorship, and team bonding

Ongoing: Telehealth-first practice with the option to join us in person for one clinic day each month (ideal but not required if outside a 3-hour radius)
