Job Summary

DSG CPAs + Advisors is seeking an accomplished Certified Public Accountant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who brings both technical expertise and a strategic mindset to client engagements. As a CPA at DSG, you’ll lead complex tax and accounting projects, serve as a trusted advisor to businesses and individuals, and contribute to the continued expansion of our advisory platform.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the preparation and review of individual, business, and trust tax returns

Provide tax planning, advisory services, and proactive recommendations to clients

Manage client engagements and ensure accuracy and timeliness of deliverables

Oversee accounting functions and review financial statements, workpapers, and reports

Mentor, supervise, and develop associate-level staff

Maintain strong client relationships and serve as a strategic advisor

Stay up to date with tax law changes, industry trends, and best practices

Qualifications

Active CPA license required

Minimum 3+ years of recent public accounting experience

Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations

Proven experience in tax planning, advisory services, and accounting oversight

Proficiency with accounting and tax software (e.g., QuickBooks Online, etc.)
