Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Dirt Foreman to oversee and manage daily operations on our concrete job sites. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in concrete work, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate crew members on all phases of construction

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications

Plan, schedule, and assign tasks to ensure project deadlines are met

Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies

Monitor quality control throughout each stage of the project

Train and mentor crew members to improve skills and efficiency

Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other trades

Track material usage and report project progress

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role

Ability to operate and instruct on the use of construction tools and equipment

Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

Ability to work in all weather conditions and perform physical labor when needed

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
