Job Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $38 – $42/hour (higher with experience) + $2/hour additional pay for bilingual (Spanish-speaking) Foremen + Company Vehicle + Benefits

Sign-On Bonus: $5,000

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled Foreman (Metal Stud Framing) to lead and oversee carpentry crews on commercial construction projects. This position is ideal for an experienced carpenter with leadership skills who takes pride in their craft and is ready to take their career to the next level.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee a crew of carpenters on job sites

Review construction plans, blueprints, and project scope of work

Perform complex layouts and metal stud framing tasks

Coordinate with other trades to ensure smooth, efficient execution of projects

Support supervisors with carpentry-related tasks

Safely lift and handle materials up to 80 pounds

Maintain a positive, professional, and safe work environment

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of lead carpentry experience (required)

Minimum 2 years of metal stud framing experience (required)

Proven ability to lead, manage, and motivate a team effectively

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality

What We Offer

Sign-On Bonus: $5,000

Hourly Pay: $38 – $42/hour (higher for experienced carpenters)

Bilingual Bonus: Additional $2/hour for Spanish-speaking Foremen

Company Vehicle: Provided for job site travel

Raises: Available as developmental milestones are reached

Paid Vacation/Sick Time: Up to 80 hours accrued in the first year
