Job Description

We are seeking an HVAC technician/installer with at least 5 years of experience for an immediate full-time position. Technician must have the knowledge and experience to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair a wide variety of residential heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards, and provide the customer with a high quality experience while working under minimum to no supervision.

Accurately identify and resolve issues affecting HVAC performance and recommend appropriate repairs or replacements

Perform scheduled routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance and efficiency of our customers equipment

Maintain an accurate record of all service work completed as well as maintenance activities

Install new HVAC equipment according to industry standards and manufacturer specifications

Provide customer service to customers by effectively addressing their HVAC needs and concerns

Keep accurate records of work performed and parts used

Identify opportunities for additional products and services to customers to maximize sales and revenue

Ability to work at heights and on ladder as well as confined spaces, attics and crawl spaces

Ability to work on-call hour

Knowledge of residential HVAC gauges and electrical test equipment

Familiar with the principles of evacuation

Valid driver’s license

5+years HVAC service technician/install experience

Strong attention to details

Experience making repair and replacement decisions

Customer service skills
