Your new role: Efficient coordination of all activities of a project/or a group of projects to achieve the objectives set at the highest quality standards. The program manager organizes and carries out each project according to the project management standards, the policies in force in KMGR and the mandate received from the Sponsor / Steering Committee.

Activities going to help you shine:

Organizing and carrying out the projects according to the requirements of the beneficiaries

Supervises, by providing common and repeatable processes according to the project methodology, the correct implementation of the projects / programs for which he is responsible.

Maintains and improves the methodology: processes, procedures, templates, standards, best practices, guidelines, policies.

Organizing and planning resources according to the approved purpose of the project / program

Monitors the risks of the project in accordance with the risk procedure in force and with the risk management plan approved.

Follows the realization of deliverables in accordance with the project documentation and with the approved contractual clauses.

Identifies and proposes the methodology according to which the project will be carried out

Assign tasks to project team members and facilitates communication between project participants

Monitors project and prepares regular status reports to key stakeholders

Monthly updates the status of each project in its area of responsibility in the specialized applications used by KMGR

Organizes regular meetings with the Project Sponsor / Steering Committee

Manages the relationship with the suppliers involved in the project, within the approved contractual framework and internal policies and procedures

Organizes the acceptance process for the project

Provides coaching to project managers if the case.

Education: economic / technical superiors

Experience as Project Manager for the implementation of Business Application implementation: 4 - 5 years

Experience as Project Manager for SAP implementation projects - 2 years

Project management certification

Principles, practices, tools and techniques of project management

Knowledge of planning, cost estimation / control, risk management, resource planning

English - advanced level

MS Office: advanced level

MS Project proficiency

Excel: advanced level

SAP knowledge as functional consultant is a plus

UMT Project Portfolio System is a plus
