Key Responsibilities:

Ensure warehouse operations comply with Good Manufacturing Practice and Good Distribution Practice regulations

Oversee and manage performance of outsourced warehouse partners

Prevent production delays by aligning warehouse activities with production plans

Monitor compliance of outsourced warehouse operations with production schedules

Identify and present cost-saving and development opportunities in warehouse operations

Essential Requirements:

Education: University degree in logistics, supply chain, or a related technical field

Experience: Prior experience in warehouse operations, preferably within a GMP/GDP-regulated pharmaceutical or biotech environment

Compliance: Proven ability to operate in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Distribution Practices (GDP) standards

Process Control: Ability to prevent production delays through proactive warehouse coordination and compliance tracking

Language: Business-level proficiency in Turkish and English

System Familiarity: Knowledge of tools like SAP is preferred
