Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to oversee national retail construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders, including contractors, architects, and retail teams, to deliver successful outcomes for small box and open store remodel projects.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and manage retail construction projects from inception to completion.

Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.

Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to stay on track.

Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively, ensuring cost efficiency.

Communicate regularly with stakeholders regarding project status, challenges, and solutions.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the construction process.

Conduct site visits and inspections to assess progress and quality of work.

Prepare and present project reports and documentation to management.Qualifications

Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, preferably in retail.

Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and regulations.

Experience with small box and open store remodel projects is highly desirable.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
