Description:

- Provide support to Symanpro HR Department and Client Principal in the development of skills and capabilities of employees in operations

- Study and learn operation processes to understand and know standard procedures and requirements in production/operation.

- Properly screen applicant's prior interview.

- Help in outsourcing applicants by job posting regarding the vacant positions.

- Help newly hired employees understand their roles and support them during their transition by facilitating the training.

- Orient newly hired employees by explaining company policies and job duties.

- Ensures all employees have Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

- Monitor proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

- Responsible for reporting any concerns to Symanpro management and Client Principal

- Be a responsible supervisor/coordinator by obeying the company rules and regulations.

- Evaluate Symanpro employees and record employee's disciplinary issues, performance on goals, punctuality, adherence to company policies and more.

- Provide feedback on employee's performance and inform the Symanpro management and Client Principal.

- Provide basic counseling to employees who have performance related obstacle

- Provide advice or assistance when asked in conducting employee's quarterly performance evaluations.

- Recommend solutions to resolve chronic attendance difficulties and other employee performance issues.

- Provide recommendations on disciplinary actions with coordination to - Symanpro management and Client Principal.

- Enforce strict safety guidelines and company progress

- Submit reports on performances and progress.

- Prepare notices for vacant positions of Client Principal and coordinate it to Symanpro management.

- Coordinate selection process in order to ensure a timely organized and comprehensive procedure in hiring employees.

- Conduct reference checks on possible candidates.

- Inform unsuccessful applicants regarding their application.

- Provide information and assistance to Symanpro management and Client Principal on work related issues.

- Promote workplace safety and drug-free environment by ensuring compliance with Health and Safety regulations.

- Ensure safe use of equipment by proper daily checking

- Check production/operation output according to specifications.

- Perform other related duties as required such as answering phone calls, direct calls and take messages.

- Provide effective customer service to clients and employees.

- Compile, copy sort and file records of office and other activities.

- Operate office machines such as photocopier and scanners, facsimile machines, voicemail and personal computer.

- Complete work schedules, manage calendars and arrange appointments.

- Must use active listening skills to understand employee complaints and to work with them to reach a solution.

- Setting goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company's plans and vision
