Maintenance Manager (AEROSPACE)

We are representing a Fortune 500 industrial manufacturing organization who is actively seeking a senior level Maintenance Manager.

Reporting to the VP/General Manager, this candidate would assume ownership over the Maintenance Engineering and Reliability departments while working closely with senior leadership.

This is a $500M campus that is the most profitable in the division.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIESReporting to VP/General Manager, the Senior Maintenance Manager and will be responsible for leading a department of 40+ employees while assuming budgetary ownership over the Maintenance Engineering and Reliability function.Complete ownership of the Reliability Engineering and Maintenance Departments (CapEx, Trades).Responsible for the training and development of staffDrive department metrics and deliverablesResponsible for complete AM/PM schedule of all plant capital equipmentManage all external service providers and relationships with contractorsProject Management activities inclusive of equipment installationsWork cross functionally with different internal departments including Engineering, Operations, and Quality.

POSITION REQUIREMENTSDegree is preferred for considerationCandidate should have at least 3-5 years of Plant Engineering or Maintenance Leadership experience.Experience developing PM programExperience in high speed/fast paced manufacturing environment is requiredAbility to communicate effectively with staff and work cross functionally with others
