Competitive pay rate - $23-$25/hr. + shift premium.

Two shifts available to meet your scheduling needs:

3pm to 11pm

11pm to 7am

What you'll be doing:

Operate and conduct routine maintenance on Swiss CNC lathe machines, finishing machines, hand tools, fixtures, and jigs.

Perform burr removal on parts as necessary.

Interpret blueprints, follow inspection checklists, and adhere to instructions.

Set up tooling and adjust offsets for parts in accordance with blueprints and guidelines, while cross-checking and approving setups made by other operators.

Utilize basic inspection tools to verify parts against quality standards and work instructions.

Maintain accurate records of completed and scrapped parts, filling out production paperwork and updating entries in the company database.

What we are looking for:

Previous experience on Swiss CNC lathe machines and CNC controls

Skilled in using precision tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and depth micrometers

Capable of reading and interpreting blueprints and work operation sheets

Willing to work overtime as needed (daily/weekly)
