With compassion and diligence, our team works closely with clients throughout every stage of the processfrom initial application to final appeal. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our growing team.
* this role is hybrid-remote with in-office work 1-2x/week *
Key Responsibilities:
Reviewing Financial Documents: Processing and analyzing attorney fee letters and notice of award letters to ensure accuracy, recording vital data and summary to database.
Fee Management: Tracking and following up on attorney fees, ensuring timely processing and resolution of any issues.
Creating Fee Petitions: Drafting and submitting petitions for attorney(s), ensuring they meet all necessary criteria.
Documentation: Maintaining organized records of all communications, petitions, and financial documents related to fees and awards.
Process Optimization: Identifying areas for improvement in financial processes and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency.
Updating Referral Partners on pending and closed cases
Skills Needed:
Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail for accurate document review and processing.
Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze financial data and identify discrepancies.
Communication: Effective written and verbal communication skills for liaising with clients, staff and the Social Security Administration.
Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with financial software or databases to manage and track documents efficiently.
