Job Summary

The Reservations Group Coordinator is responsible for setting up definite groups in the Resort’s operating systems, ensuring every detail is in order to meet the group expectations.

Education & Experience

High School diploma or equivalent required.

Experience in a hotel reservation or a related field preferred.

Computer literate.

College course work in related field helpful.

Physical Requirements

Flexible and long hours sometimes required.

Sedentary work - Exerting up to 25 pounds of force occasionally, and/or negligible amounts of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Siting for long periods.
