What You'll Do

Deliver hands-on nursing care and support our residents' well-being.

Collaborate with an experienced clinical team to implement personalized care plans.

Supervise and mentor CNAs while fostering a positive, team-oriented environment.

Champion safety initiatives, including Falls and Pressure Sore Prevention Programs.

Conduct resident assessments and keep accurate, timely medical records.

What We're Looking For

Current LPN license in good standing.

Previous experience in skilled nursing or rehab (preferred but not required).

A detail-oriented, compassionate nurse committed to quality care.
