We are seeking a compassionate nurse to join our care team in Spring Valley, IL. This position offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM. Responsibilities include providing G-tube feedings, administering medications through the G-tube, respiratory treatments as needed, and supporting safe positioning. You will also attend school with a wonderful kindergarten child, ensuring they can fully participate in their day. A sign-on bonus is available for the right candidate. Why This Role Stands Out:

Provide skilled nursing care according to the care plan

Monitor health status, track vital signs, and administer medications/treatments

Collaborate with family and care team to ensure the best outcomes

Maintain accurate charting and documentation Requirements:

Current Illinois RN or LPN license

Pediatric or young adult experience preferred (but not required)

Compassionate, reliable, and patient-centered approach
