We're looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead daily field operations, ensure jobsite safety, and drive projects to successful completion. Responsibilities

Manage on-site activities, subcontractors, and material logistics

Work closely with Project Managers to maintain schedules

Ensure installations meet drawings, specifications, and code requirements

Lead safety programs, conduct toolbox talks, and enforce OSHA standards

Supervise, mentor, and support field teams

Track and communicate progress, challenges, and solutions

Maintain accurate project logs, documentation, and reports

Troubleshoot and resolve jobsite issues to keep projects moving Qualifications
