In this pivotal role, you will use your U.S. Customs Broker License to oversee all import activities, mentor our talented entry writers, and ensure our clients receive top-tier service and expert guidance. If you have a minimum of 4 years of leadership experience and a deep understanding of customs procedures, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead & Mentor: Guide a team of entry writers to achieve excellence and accuracy.

Ensure Compliance: Serve as the licensed broker, ensuring all customs entries meet strict CBP regulations.

Solve Problems: Resolve complex customs issues and act as the primary point of contact for CBP inquiries.

Client Partnership: Advise clients on tariffs, classifications, and new import regulations.

Drive Efficiency: Identify and implement improvements to streamline our brokerage processes.

Must-Have Qualifications:

Active U.S. Customs Broker License.

4+ years of supervisory experience in a customs brokerage or freight forwarding role.

In-depth knowledge of HTS classification and various government agency regulations.

A proven track record of managing complex import shipments with precision.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
