Maintenance Leading Hand

Join the Tropicana team as an experienced Maintenance Leading Hand and be responsible for coordinating and completing maintenance activities and leading the maintenance team to achieve high levels of safety, quality and productivity.

About the role

FIFO from Perth or Kalgoorlie

2:1 night/day roster

Fleet of CAT 793F Dump Trucks and 400t and 600t Excavators

About you

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a mine site environment

• Australian recognised Trade Certificate

• Over 5 years’ knowledge and experience in the maintenance and repair of heavy mobile plant

• Ability to work independently as well as a part of the team

• Great interpersonal and communication skills

• Current C Class Drivers Licence

• Proficient with SAP and/or Maintenance systems (desirable)

• Ability to complete S26 competency (desirable)
