WAREHOUSE OPERATIVES

PAY RATE: £12.21 – £15.55 per hour (depending on client and site)

People Solutions are recruiting for experienced Warehouse Operatives to work with their clients in Motherwell.

As we head into our busy peak period, we are building our availability of reliable and hard-working staff to support multiple contracts.

WORKING 5 DAYS OUT OF 7

SHIFT PATTERNS AVAILABLE:

Day shifts from 04:00 onwards

Back shifts from 14:00 onwards

Night shifts from 22:00 onwards

The Role – Day-to-Day Duties

Depending on the client and site, duties may include:

Parcel sorting and scanning

Loading and unloading vehicles

Order picking and packing

Wrapping pallets

General warehouse housekeeping

What we are looking for

Previous warehouse experience is essential

Physically fit and comfortable standing for up to 8 hours

Ability to work in a fast-paced, manual handling environment

Reliable, punctual, and good communicator in English

Driving licence is advantageous

Training

On-the-job training to ensure efficiency

Safety and compliance training provided
