Duration of Contract: School Year 2025–2026 Bonuses
Monthly Bonus: $150.00–$300.00

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred)
Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred)
Basic understanding of ABA principles (training provided if needed)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to follow behavior plans under BCBA supervision
Patience, reliability, and a passion for helping others
Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality Responsibilities
Work directly with students to implement ABA-based behavioral strategies
Follow individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) developed by a BCBA
Accurately collect and record behavioral data
Support students in developing communication, social, and life skills
Participate in team meetings and collaborate with educators and staff
