Sales Operations Manager- Ozamis City

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Operations Manager to lead our sales organization and drive business performance. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth sales operations, achieving revenue targets, and building high-performing teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FMCG or related industries, with proven leadership in operations, distribution, and people management.

Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end sales operations, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and profitability.

Develop and execute strategies to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.

Monitor and validate field execution of sales programs through regular coaching, training, and market visits.

Provide leadership and mentorship to sales teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.

Optimize resource allocation, inventory management, and distribution processes to strengthen market presence.

Partner with cross-functional teams to improve operational performance and deliver business objectives.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any business-related course.

At least 2-3 years of leadership experience in FMCG, retail, or distribution industries.

Solid track record in managing daily operations, team performance, and market execution.

Strong understanding of FMCG operations, supply chain, and product distribution models.

Effective leader with proven ability to motivate, coach, and develop teams.

Key Skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal).

Strong relationship management and negotiation skills with customers, key accounts, and business partners.

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Ability to resolve issues, manage conflict, and create a culture of accountability and performance.

Strategic thinker with hands-on approach to problem-solving and execution.
