Job Title: Customer Retention Specialist
Overview: We are seeking a motivated and goal-driven professional to join our client in the online gaming industry. This role focuses on outbound calling to both VIP and regular churned customers, with the goal of re-engaging players, driving activity, and enhancing customer loyalty. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, skilled in building rapport quickly, and motivated by achieving results.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to both VIP and churned regular customers to re-engage them.
Build strong relationships and deliver excellent customer service during each interaction
Identify opportunities to retain and reactivate players through proactive outreach.
Communicate promotional offers and encourage continued player activity.
Record and track customer interactions using CRM or support tools.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively.
Qualifications:
Experience in outbound calling, telesales, or customer engagement roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident phone presence.
Goal-oriented mindset with proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
Customer-first approach with professionalism and empathy.
Background in online gaming or sports betting is a plus, but not required.
Familiarity with CRM systems or call management tools is an advantage.
