€110,000 - €120,000 + Flights + Accom + Daily Allowance

A well-established building services contractor delivering Mechanical and Electrical projects across multiple sectors, including industrial, commercial, healthcare, pharmaceutical, and data centres. With decades of experience, the company provides full project solutions from design through to installation, commissioning, and maintenance, successfully delivering large-scale projects across the UK and Europe.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee delivery of large-scale projects. This role involves coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and client stakeholders to ensure successful project execution, while managing quality, progress, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Attend project start-up and site meetings.

Review project specifications and technical details.

Manage and track technical submittals through to approval.

Raise and oversee RFIs.

Maintain labour tracker and weekly progress reports, highlighting variations.

Liaise with main contractors and client site teams.

Coordinate and manage project plant, equipment, and materials.

Oversee construction, commissioning programmes, and implementation on site.

Generate regular snag lists and drive improvements.

Manage handover process and document control systems.

Maintain project-specific scheduling.

Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure on-time delivery.

Communicate innovative or project-specific solutions to senior management.

Qualifications & Experience:

Extensive experience as an Electrical Project Manager or in a similar role.

Proven track record delivering large-scale projects.

Qualification in Construction/Project Management preferred.

Strong leadership and team supervision experience.
