Roles and Responsibilities
· Partner with various internal stakeholders to ensure adherence to allocated manpower and ensure timely hiring against vacancies (Technical hirings)
· Critically evaluate external talent to ensure right hire cultural evaluation and potential evaluation
· Develop and deploy the competency framework for creating a future ready workforce
· Support Talent development by focusing on Organizational capability, Individual needs and core competence
· Design an appropriate Talent Acquisition strategy and identify efficient channels to attract best in class talents across industries
· Employee Engagement activities – Annual Day, Festival Celebrations, Birthday Celebration, other programs & hosting the same
Desired Candidate Profile
· 05 to 8 years of core experience as Talent Acquisition Professional & must have knowledge of using various job portals
· Must be able to fill high volume vacancies within TAT, specially in automotive green field projects
· Must have proven track record in recruitment of DETs, staff & executives
· Must have excellent people management skills
· Good Analytical and convincing skills
· Ability to work in fast paced with quick decision making environment, and be able to create strong HR function with best in class HR practices
· Designed, implemented and monitored special projects / initiatives focused on strengthening, employer brand, new joinee experience, adopting best in class digital / market best practices
· Must have worked in collaborative work environment that helped achieve organizational objectives
· Hands on experience in managing complex work environments and engaged technology resources through contemporary and best in call HR practices
· Must be from Automobile/Automotive field
Education: Throughout 60% (minimum) in academics
UG : BE/B.Tech. / Science graduate (Preferred)
PG :MBA – HR (Full Time MBA is must)
