Project Manager - Data Center

The role is responsible for planning, organizing and delivery of Data Center construction projects; deploying financial and non-financial resources, identifying and implementing revenue-increasing/cost-saving opportunities in the project; and overseeing adherence to company guidelines and local regulations

Degree in Engineering

Total work experience +20 years

Experience in managing project schedules and cost management (Change Orders).

Experience directly related to the design or construction of large data center facilities

Proven experience of managing projects with MEP Scope, preferably within data center construction.

Strong financial acumen and experience in project budgeting and cost control.

Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Strong understanding of health and safety regulations within the construction industry.
