We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Part Qualified Management Accountant to join our finance team based at our Coalville site. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a strong grounding in finance who is looking to build their experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Working closely with colleagues across operations, you’ll support key financial and operational processes and contribute to continuous improvement across the business.
INDP
Part qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent)
Advanced MS Excel skills (creating spreadsheets and using financial functions)
Excellent communication and business partnering skills with the ability to influence non-financial stakeholders
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
A proactive, continuous improvement mindset with a hands-on approach
Experience in the food manufacturing or FMCG sector is highly desirable
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting software
