About The Role
The Gaming CRM Strategy team is responsible for crafting the customer communications strategy for our Sky Vegas, Sky Bingo & Sky Casino brands. We work with the Marketing, CVM and Brand teams to deliver key campaign messages to our existing customer base across a number of CRM channels.
With a focus on relevancy and personalisation, we strive to increase commercial value through incremental improvements utilising detailed test scenarios with clear critical metrics and performance analytics. It’s an exciting time to join the team as we embark on a huge project to overhaul our tools and targeting capabilities, enabling real time customer action based communications & better decisioning to drive targeting and personalisation.
What you will do
Take ownership of the day-to-day management of the CRM communications plan – communicating and aligning with operational teams and commercial customers.
Supporting commercial campaigns by crafting CRM plans across email, push notification, onsite notification, and direct mail to deliver on key objectives and critical metrics.
Coordinating operational teams through efficient communication and organisation to ensure plans are delivered optimally and on time.
Briefing and coordinating creative and copy to be used in CRM communications, working with creative and operational teams to implement.
Ensuring all CRM Activity is organised and adheres to our planning process. Handle projects and tasks in WorkFront, our workflow management system.
Communicating and presenting CRM plans and strategies to the wider business.
Actively look for opportunities and trends to optimise engagement on our CRM Communications, implementing A/B testing to drive positive performance and working with wider teams to understand tool and data capabilities.
Regularly document, review and share CRM performance with key team members.
Work with Business Intelligence to regularly review and understand performance to improve and develop strategic directions.
Keep the customer at the heart of all strategies, focusing on relevancy, personalisation and prioritisation of the key message for each customer.
What we are looking for
A strong communicator, able to understand challenges, processes and abilities of multiple teams to drive actionable plans which improve delivery. A proactive, solutions focussed approach and ability to forge good working relationships with multiple stakeholders.
Passionate about the customer experience, you will seek to understand more about our customers and their preferences through data, research and CX centre.
Flexible to changing business performance. A highly organised self-starter with excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
Confident in interrogating the numbers to drive recommendations, you will be an analytical problem solver with a strong commercial competence.
