Part Time: 2 overnight shifts11:00pm-7:00am

Full Time: would require 2overnight shifts 11:00pm-7:00am and 3 evening shifts. Typically, 3:00pm-11:00pm

Jobdescription: The nightauditor will complete normal front desk duties such as; answering phones,making/canceling reservations, checking guests in/ out, taking payments, andhelping resolve any guest concerns. The front desk personnel are often thefirst point of contact for our guests; a friendly welcome is a must.Communicating overnight events to morning staff is essential for a smoothtransition.

JobResponsibilities:

• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to companystandards; anticipate and address service needs

• Register, take payments, and assign keys to guests

• Inform guests of the amenities and services available to them

• Inform customers of availability and rates

• Handles any guest issues or complaints, using appropriateservice recovery methods

• Work with the corresponding departments to resolve any propertyor guest issues

• Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures;report any maintenance problems/safety hazards

• Communicate with the morning staff to inform them of any task tobe completed or updates

Requirements-

• Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends andholidays

• Previous experience is preferred but not required

• Able to work for complete overnight shifts independently

• Ability to perform computer-based tasks

• Ability to work independently
