Maintenance Assistant - Columbus, Ohio - JOB 25-01313

Salary Range: $20.00 - $23.00/HR Permanent Position with Benefits

4 days / 12 hour shifts. 7pm to 7am for either Saturday-Tuesday-Wednesday-Friday or Sunday-Monday-Thursday-Friday.

Columbus, Ohio area Manufacturing Company seeks a Maintenance Assistant who will support the efforts of production machinery, support equipment, plumbing, electrical systems, the manufacturing facility and grounds.

REQUIREMENTS:

0-3 years of experience

Associate / Trade School / Technical School is a plus

Entry level will be highly considered

Read and understand blueprints, hand-sketches, electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, technical installation and repair manuals and able to follow verbal and written work instructions.

Assist the with maintaining preventative maintenance programs, troubleshoot, repair, replace defective parts, teardown & rebuild machinery, fabricate parts, start-up and test run machinery.

Will assist in maintaining facility and grounds as needed.

Solid verbal and written communication and documentation skills.

Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
