Demonstrate outstanding customer service to all donors and customers
Help the driver maintain donation box and donation station sites for collections
Assist on two-man residential special routes, garage sales pick-ups, estates sale pick-ups, and fundraiser drive pick-ups
Assist with collection box and trailer site placements and removals
Help unload collections from truck(s) at the end of the routes
Maintain clean and orderly donation sites and routes based on company operational protocols and standards
Work safely and efficiently in loading and unloading trucks and trailers
Possess the ability to regularly work in the heat, the cold and in wet weather conditions Qualifications:
Must possess valid state driver's license
Must be 21 years or older
Applicant must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen
Ability to meet physical demands of the job including lifting up to 50 pounds regularly and bending, stooping, crouching, pushing, pulling and climbing stairs; in and out of a truck frequently Education and Experience:
High School Degree, ED or equivalent work experiences.
