What You'll Do:

As an IHT Clinician, you will provide therapy and support services to children and adolescents with behavioral health challenges and their families. Using a team-based, trauma-informed model of care, you'll deliver family therapy, psychoeducation, crisis intervention, and care coordination to help youth remain safely in their homes and communities.

Provide individual and family therapy using evidence-based practices

Deliver psychoeducation and crisis management to support family stabilization

Coordinate care with other service providers and community resources

Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team including therapeutic training and support staff

Complete assessments, treatment plans, and documentation in a timely and accurate manner

Engage families in the therapeutic process and build trusting relationships with children and caregivers What You'll Bring:

Master's Degree in a mental health field (required)

Independent licensure or license-eligible and actively working toward licensure (required)

Experience providing services to children, adolescents, and families (required)
