What You'll Do:

Perform home inspections to identify roofing, siding, and gutter needs

Educate customers on repair and replacement options with integrity and clarity

Generate new leads through direct outreach and community networking

Manage sales activity, follow up with leads, and close contracts What We're Looking For:

High energy, self-motivated individuals with strong communication skills

Previous sales experience a plus; roofing or construction knowledge a bonus

Physically able to climb ladders and inspect rooftops

Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license

A coachable mindset and desire to grow personally and professionally
