We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to play a key role in expanding our presence in the United States. This is more than just a billing role youll be laying the foundations of our US operation, driving performance, and shaping the next generation of recruiters.

Youll be a player-coach: leading from the front by billing big, while also developing and mentoring a high-performing sales team. Youll have autonomy, visibility, and a direct line to the CEO coupled with full operational and L&D support from the business.

What Youll Be Doing:

Billing & Business Development

Win and grow new client accounts across construction, engineering, and renewable energy sectors

Own the full 360-recruitment process with a focus on permanent & contract placements

Deliver consistently high billing while developing strategic client relationships

Identify key verticals and build service lines as we scale

Hire, train, and lead a high-performance team of recruiters

Coach, support, and hold your team to account you lead by example

Set the tone: drive a positive, accountable, and high-energy sales culture

Monitor KPIs, support performance reviews, and oversee personal development plans

Strategic Oversight

Work alongside the CEO to shape US growth strategy

Collaborate on pricing, pitch strategy, and key client development

Represent the US business internally and externally as a market leader

What Were Looking For:

3+ years recruitment experience within construction, engineering, or energy

Proven billing track record you consistently hit $500k+ annually

Experience managing or mentoring recruiters and driving team performance

Strong business development skills able to win new business and grow key accounts

A self-starter mindset with the ambition to continuing building the Just Construction brand in the US construction industry

Legally authorized to work in the US (US Citizen or Green Card holder)
