Technical Business Development Manager

We're looking for a Technical Business Development Manager to support the growth of our global Zoom Workplace business. In this role, you'll partner with the Workplace General Manager and work closely with teams across the organization to help deliver technical and operational excellence. You'll contribute to identifying, planning, and implementing initiatives that improve how our teams scale and operate. This is a varied role, ideal for someone who enjoys working across different areas and brings a thoughtful, organized approach to problem-solving. Your responsibilities may include defining project goals and success measures, designing internal processes, and building reporting tools. We welcome candidates with experience in finance, project management, and salesor with transferable skills from other fields. What matters most is your ability to collaborate effectively, take initiative, and care deeply about making a positive impact on the Zoom Workplace team.

Responsibilities

Partner with the Workplace leadership and Management team on tactical and strategic projects

Identify initiatives from the field's perspective that could drive greater scale and efficiency

Liaise with internal stakeholders to support and deliver leadership team goals and objectives

Provide regional inputs and feedback to help leadership build and prioritize development strategy

Build and lead internal project teams to drive cross-organizational projects

Collaborate with other internal stakeholders to share best-practices and assets

What We're Looking For

Good time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Excellent communicator and ability to present topics in a clear and concise manner to varying levels of technical audience and size

Project management skills to ensure projects are delivered on time

Create, present, and document process flows and outcomes

Salary Range or On Target Earnings: Minimum: $167,300.00 Maximum: $366,100.00 In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus, and equity value. Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience. We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
