Position Type: Full-Time Day Shifts No Weekends

About the Role

As a Housekeeper, you will play a crucial part in supporting the healing atmosphere of our recovery center. By maintaining cleanliness and order throughout our residential and clinical facilities, you contribute to the comfort, dignity, and well-being of our clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain the cleanliness of all common areas, client rooms, bathrooms, offices, and program spaces

Perform regular sanitation of high-touch surfaces in compliance with health and safety protocols

Launder linens and ensure timely restocking of supplies throughout the facility

Monitor and report any maintenance or safety issues

Handle cleaning chemicals safely and follow all housekeeping guidelines

Treat clients and colleagues with dignity, respect, and confidentiality

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Previous housekeeping or custodial experience a plus (healthcare or residential setting ideal)

Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness

Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods

Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team

Respectful and comfortable working in a recovery environment

Must pass background check and drug screening
