Your New Role
You will lead a team of operators, responsible for Manual and Automated Visual Inspection of prefilled syringes.
You will be part of a leadership team of 2 Associate Managers and reporting to the Manager for DPM Shopfloor in DPM, you will uphold our People Fundamentals and support site expansion projects, fostering innovation in a complex GMP setting.

Your Skills & Talent
We are seeking a dedicated people manager who excels in teamwork and believes in empowering those closest to the work. Experience in people management and production areas is required, with operational excellence and LEAN methodology an advantage.
Relevant experience from the Pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
GMP knowledge and strong problem-solving skills.
High customer focus and understanding of customer needs.
Strong English communication skills.
Open, curious, and motivated by team success.
Your New Team & Department
The DPM Team will consist of approximately 80 dedicated people when the filling suite is ready for commercial production. DPM encompasses several teams: Shopfloor for Filling, Formulation, Visual Inspection, Wash and Autoclave, General Area Support, and Process Support. We value teamwork, development, and diversity, drawing from varied experiences and backgrounds to safely and swiftly deliver our medicines to market.
