Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant – SaaS App

In this role, should have Hands on experience on Cloud SaaS applications like OneTrust, Monday.com, Inkling, Smart Agreement Suite and management experience in Ethics and Compliance domain with Global Stakeholders

Responsibilities!

• Experience in providing technical support on multiple SaaS applications, troubleshooting and resolving issues.

• Experience in working with low-code and no-code platforms such as One-Trust and Monday.com, having worked on a privacy and compliance management platform would be an added advantage.

• Should be able to work closely with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues, ensuring seamless service delivery.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with clients.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and effective resolution of their queries and issues and be able to work independently.

• Knowledge of ITIL practices and experience with tools such as ServiceNow to manage incidents and service requests efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of support activities, solutions, and best practices to enhance team knowledge and client satisfaction.

• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities to ensure efficient project delivery.
