Our client is a broad commercial General Contractor that is seeking an experienced Preconstruction Manager to join their growing team. The company has been in Atlanta for 10 years but has a combined experience of over 100 years in the Atlanta metro in the commercial construction space. In 2024, their annual revenue was around $80M and are at an employee headcount around 50. All work is local to the Atlanta area. They are ranked as fasted growing companies in Atlanta 2 years in a row. They also work on large complex join ventures up to $130M.

Job Description

Works with Operations Manager & Engineering to form costs & labor costs on special projects.

Generates estimates & proposals for selected projects.

Obtains bidders lists for projects that have been scoped & estimated.

Actively pursues bid projects with timely follow up & awareness of project status.

Assists walk-in customers with project & product inquiries. The Successful Applicant

BS degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or Project Management preferred

Minimum one year of experience in the building/construction/property industry

Experience with conceptual estimating

Ground up project knowledge and experience What's on Offer

Competitive Base Salary based on Experience: $90,000 - $130,000.00
