Client Services Manager

Annual Salary: $75,000

Key Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in the security industry

At least 2 years in a management role

More than 2 years in a client-facing position

Experience managing large accounts (5,000+ service hours) for over 2 years

The Client Services Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring a secure environment for our clients. This position is responsible for overseeing security services and operations for a designated group of smaller accounts, including tasks such as client service management, issue resolution, service improvement and expansion, new business growth, operational efficiency, staffing, scheduling, supervision, and training.
