Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and adherence to company standards

Dispatch work effectively and prepare detailed performance and operational reports

Lead, mentor, and develop team members to achieve operational and sales goals

Conduct interviews, onboard new hires, and manage performance with professionalism and empathy

Facilitate and lead team meetings to promote collaboration, engagement, and continuous improvement

Ensure compliance with operational processes, safety standards, and company policies

Drive sales initiatives and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability

Qualifications

Proven leadership experience in operations management, preferably within the automotive repair or service industry

Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills

Proficiency with management and sales software systems

Demonstrated success in team leadership, coaching, and performance management

Ability to embody and promote the company's core values in all interactions
