Role Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive, continuous care for individuals and families throughout all stages of life, from children to the elderly.

Manage chronic illnesses, provide preventive care, attend to acute conditions, and address mental health issues with an emphasis on patient-centered service.

Conduct physical examinations, analyze diagnostic tests, and create tailored treatment plans.

Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) to uphold precise and timely patient documentation.

Provide care options in-person and virtually to meet diverse patient needs. Education Requirements

MD or DO from an accredited medical institution.

Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program. Certifications

Board Certification in Family Medicine required.

Eligible for (or currently possess) an active Ohio medical license.

BLS and ACLS certifications are preferred. Skills and Experience

Exceptional diagnostic and clinical skills, particularly in preventive and proactive health care.

Familiarity with value-based care models and a desire for ongoing improvement.

Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in using EMRs and telehealth platforms.
