Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager located in Greater Houston. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure high-quality customer service, and maintain food safety standards. Key responsibilities include inventory management, financial reporting, staff training, and developing marketing strategies to drive restaurant growth. The role requires hands-on leadership to ensure efficiency and excellence in all restaurant functions.

Qualifications

Experience in restaurant management, including staff supervision and food safety standards

Proficiency in financial reporting, budget management, and inventory control

Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive dining experience

Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently

Experience in handling customized dietary needs is a plus
