Job Overview

The Taco Bell Restaurant General Manager is the leader of the team who establishes the tone of the work environment and the level of customer hospitality. Responsibilities include:

Finding, hiring, and developing employees.

Conducting new hire orientation and developing training plans.

Scheduling and deploying the team effectively.

Addressing performance issues.

Resolving customer issues.

Managing the restaurant budget and financial plans.

Job Requirements and Essential Functions

High School Diploma or GED; college degree preferred.

Basic personal computer literacy.

Reliable transportation.

Basic business math, accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills.

Ability to perform physical tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, lifting up to 50 lbs., and maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant and surrounding grounds.

Ability to tolerate standing, walking, and stooping during 80% of the shift.
