Incoming Quality Control (IQC) Inspector

With the proven ability to deliver these solutions, ZT Systems is well positioned as the design, manufacturing and logistics partner of choice for hyperscale compute and storage customers.What You'll DoThe Incoming Quality Control (IQC) Inspector is responsible for performing day-to-day incoming materials quality control inspection in the Warehouse and the Production lines, and ensuring the materials are met specifications requirement against Agile.

The IQC Inspector will focus and report on any physical defect non-conforming material and discrepancy accurately and efficiently.Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Quality Management System (QMS) documentation relevant to the IQC area.Maintain and apply 6S (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, Safety) principles in daily tasks.Conduct visual inspections of incoming materials and accurately document findings in the internal system.Identify discrepancies in incoming materials and escalate issues to:Manufacturing Quality Engineer (MQE)Procurement teamGenerate detailed reports as non-conformities and DOA.Investigate material issues raised by production, focusing on warehouse-side root causes to prevent incorrect materials from reaching production.Inspect materials returned from Disassembly Lines, RTV and Return form sister plants to the warehouse to prevent contamination of good inventory.What You'll BringHigh School Diploma or higherExperience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)Ability to prioritize workload and multi-taskAttention to details with high focus on Quality and Process / Product ImprovementPossess a high level of integrity and strong work ethic.Capable of lifting a minimum of 50lbZT Systems assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package is created for all our employees.

The typical base salary for this position is expected to be $18.50 hourly.

If hired, the final base salary will be determined on an individual basis taking into consideration experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.Base salary is just one component of ZT Systems total rewards philosophy.
