We are seeking a Technical Coordinator to join our team in the Atlanta, GA office to help manage quality control on various highway projects.

How will you contribute to the team?
Under supervision, performs several of the following duties, depending on the program/project and in accordance with established standards and applicable regulatory policies.
Perform quality reviews to ensure Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes are followed and complete on schedule and within budget.
May assist in production coordination, and/or in the planning, organization and documentation of projects.
May arrange or coordinate internal/external technical meetings.
May assist in the preparation of contracts, fee proposals, scopes of work, and invoices.
May assist in the coordination and tracking of project submittals.
May conduct trainings to ensure employees are up to date on the latest internal quality processes and requirements.
May conduct or assist in project quality audits.
May provide database support for projects, to include document control, project logs, etc.
May provide technical writing and editing support.
May assist in coordinating the work of consultants or other employees involved in project development activities.
May provide supervision and coordination of quality assurance practices.
May attend conferences and meetings with clients and regulatory agencies to ascertain requirements.
May perform such other duties as the supervisor may from time to time deem necessary.
What will you contribute?
Bachelor's degree plus continued education through workshops, seminars, and related courses plus four years of experience in engineering or related technical professional activities, exhibiting familiarity with related computer programs and applicable permitting work.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
