Assistant Manager

Brothers Bar & Grill, Columbus, OH has an immediate opening for a full-time Assistant Manager, with an expected 40 hours per work week and possible overtime. The Assistant Manager works with the General Manager in all aspects of the Bar & Grill operations including hiring, training, scheduling, inventory controls, labor management and ensuring fantastic guest experiences. Wages: $42-$45,000/year

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old

Previous bartending and/or serving experiences

Outstanding organization and time management skills

Highly motivated for success

Engaging personality and ability to lead by example

Able to lift up to 50 pounds
