Part-Time Administrative Assistant
Robert Half is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our client in Portsmouth, NH. Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative support to staff and management
Answer and direct incoming calls and emails
Maintain filing systems (electronic and paper-based)
Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents
Assist with data entry and database management
Support office supply inventory and ordering
Requirements:
2+ years of administrative or office support experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Experience in customer service is a plus
