Cody's Original Roadhouse is a beloved Florida-based casual dining chainknown for its laid-back, family-friendly atmosphere, hearty American fare,ice-cold drinks, and outstanding guest service. We serve hand-cut steaks, freshseafood, and made-from-scratch sides-all with a side of Southern hospitality.

We're looking for a high-energy, experienced, and people-focused GeneralManager (GM) to lead one of our locations and bring our "just plain goodfood" philosophy to life.

Position Summary

As General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operationsand performance of your Cody's location. This includes team leadership, guestsatisfaction, financial performance, and ensuring a consistent, high-qualityexperience that aligns with Cody's brand and culture.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Leadership

Oversee daily restaurant operations including food quality, cleanliness,safety, and guest experience.

Hire, train, mentor, and manage a high-performing front-of-house andback-of-house team.

Set the tone for a fun, professional, and guest-first culture thatreflects Cody's values. Guest Service

Ensure every guest receives an exceptional Cody's experience fromgreeting to goodbye.

Resolve guest complaints quickly and professionally to maintain loyalty. Financial & Business Performance

Manage budgets, labor, and food costs to drive profitability.

Analyze P&L statements, inventory, and other reports to identifyimprovement opportunities.

Implement marketing promotions and local store initiatives to increasetraffic and sales. Compliance & Standards

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food sanitation regulations.

Maintain brand standards in food quality, service, and appearance. Qualifications

3+ years of GM experience in a full-service or casual dining restaurant.

Strong leadership and team-building skills.

Proven ability to manage operations, control costs, and drive sales.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Knowledge of restaurant POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Florida Food Manager Certification preferred or willingness to obtain. What We Offer
