Deputy Program Manager

Core4ce is seeking a talented Deputy Program Manager to join our onsite headquarters team in Beavercreek, OH. The ideal candidate will execute projects for an array of DoD customers and in a variety of disciplines, ranging from quantum technology to human/machine teaming. This is a great opportunity to work with leading-edge and high-visibility technology, programs, partners, and customers.

Responsibilities:

Identification and planning of resource allocation for new projects

Monitoring resource usage by project, including personnel time and purchase costs

Working with Primary Investigators to plan project schedules

Monitor and ensure project deliverable requirements are scheduled, communicated to the team, are of high quality, and delivered on time

Tracking and reporting project financial and timing status to corporate leadership, PIs, and customers

Setting up and attending internal and external collaborator/customer meetings

Collaborating with the technical and corporate leadership team to maintain surveillance and assess strategic market areas, directions, and/or opportunities, including attending and/or representing the company/projects at industry trade shows

Collaborating with the technical and corporate teams to develop strategy around and plan follow-on efforts, including direct funding opportunities as well as product commercialization opportunities

Individuals may be called upon to contribute to proposal development for current or new project areas - writing, review, editing, etc.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or higher in business or science/engineering field

Ability to obtain/maintain security clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required)

PMP Certification

5+ years of proven related work experience

2+ years of experience supporting US Government/DoD programs

Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly Excel

Superb communication, organizational and time-keeping skills

Must be able to work in an office environment at a desk and computer

May travel ~10% to conferences, program reviews, industry meetings, or other collaborative events. Most or all travel would be CONUS.
