Were seeking a Part-Time Assistant Manager Level 2 to help lead our store. Youll support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, recruiting, and developing a high-performing team. You should be adaptable, sales-driven, and customer-focused, capable of handling various challenges with enthusiasm.

What You'll Do

Support your Store Manager in meeting sales and growth goals.

Assist in recruiting, developing, and retaining a passionate team.

Create excitement and engagement around new products through promotions and social media.

Ensure operational efficiency, balancing store operations, delegation, and customer service.

Monitor shrink, loss prevention, payroll, and scheduling.

Communicate with leadership and HQ about customer feedback and trends.

Analyze sales data to inform strategies.

Merchandise the store effectively, launching promotions on time.

Develop your team of loyal, customer-focused associates.

What You'll Need

1-2 years of retail management experience, preferably with an interest in music and pop culture.

Leadership skills with success in team management, communication, recruiting, operations, and development.

Strong communication, time management, professionalism, and operational skills.

High school diploma or GED; degree preferred.

Ability to adapt in a fast-changing retail environment and handle physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
